Are taxis in Copenhagen really this bad?

According to an analysis, taxi services in Copenhagen are amongst the worst in Europe.
Copenhagen’s taxi services do not come highly recommended by reviewers on TripAdvisor.
Using ratings given to taxi services in European capital cities on TripAdvisor, website Taxi2Airport.com found the Danish capital to be the lowest-rated by app users.
The best taxi services throughout Europe can be found in Athens, according to the average ratings, while Copenhagen joined fellow Nordic capital Oslo at the bottom of the pile.

In a recent survey of The Local readers in Denmark, driving culture in the Scandinavian country received stinging criticism.
Norway’s capital Oslo, another city famed for its love for cycling, achieved a similarly low score of 3.50 out of 5. Famous for its black cabs, London musters a middle-of-the-road 4.05 out of 5, placing it in 9th.
