One of the biggest challenges many internationals in Denmark experience is finding a way onto the labour market. But what do you do when you get there?

Finding a job after starting from scratch in Denmark is not easy, but with enough patience and perseverance, it can be done.

But what happens once you've started?

Many international employees of Danish companies have observed that the country has a characteristic workplace culture, where things like flat hierarchy and work-life balance play a major role. This can take some getting used to.
