Danish-founded Skype 'too similar' to UK's Sky

Video chat giant Skype, co-founded by a Danish entrepreneur, has come out on the losing side in an EU court battle in which judges ruled that its name is too similar to Rupert Murdoch's television corporation Sky and could confuse the public.
