Since Denmark changed its testing policy on March 12, the official number of confirmed cases no longer reflects the true spread of the virus.
For that reason, we have decided to switch our map to tracking the number of patients hospitalised.
According to data issued on Sunday by the Danish Health Agency SSI (Statens Serum Institut), 232 people were hospitalised due to the virus at midnight on Thursday, of whom 46 were in intensive care.
