Denmark set a new world record in the women's 4x50m medley relay as they claimed the gold medal at the World Short-Course Swimming Championships in Doha on Friday.
The Danish quartet came home in 1min 44.04sec to cut 1.88secs off their own 2013 mark ahead of the United States and France.
Denmark has a team of 14 swimmers competing at the World Short-Course Swimming Championships, which runs through December 7th.
It is the eighth world record of the five-day event at the Hamad Aquatic Centre.
